ESPLENDIDO Exterior Masonry Waterproofer is a deep-penetrating treatment that helps protect exterior masonry from water ingress, dampness and moisture-related deterioration while preserving the natural appearance of the surface.
ESPLENDIDO Exterior Masonry Waterproofer is a high-performance, deep-penetrating waterproofing treatment specially formulated for exterior concrete, masonry and other absorbent mineral surfaces. It penetrates into the substrate to help reduce water absorption and rainwater ingress while allowing water vapour to escape, helping preserve the natural breathability and appearance of the surface.
Designed for terraces, exterior walls, façades, boundary walls, parapets and other exposed masonry surfaces, ESPLENDIDO® helps protect against common moisture-related problems including water seepage, terrace leakage, dampness, rising damp and capillary moisture movement. By reducing moisture penetration into porous substrates, it helps minimise the deterioration associated with repeated exposure to rain and moisture.
The formulation incorporates anti-efflorescence additives to help control the formation of efflorescence and salt deposits caused by moisture movement through porous substrates. It also helps seal hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm, providing additional protection against water penetration through fine surface cracks.
ESPLENDIDO Exterior Masonry Waterproofer further helps minimise moisture-associated algae, fungus and moss growth, while its non-film-forming nature allows the treated substrate to retain its natural texture and appearance without creating a visible surface layer.
Suitable for new and existing exterior surfaces, the product can also be used as a penetrating pre-treatment before compatible waterproofing or protective coating systems. Following proper drying, compatible waterproofing coatings can be applied over the treated surface, making it suitable for integration into multi-layer waterproofing systems.

1. Prepare
Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, dirt, algae, fungus, moss, efflorescence and loose material. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, sound and absorbent.
2. Apply
ESPLENDIDO®️ Exterior Masonry Waterproofer is ready to use. Do not dilute. Apply generously by brush, roller, low-pressure spray or flooding, ensuring uniform saturation and penetration into the substrate.
3. Second Coat
For highly porous surfaces, apply a second coat wet-on-wet while the first coat is still damp.
4. Dry
Allow a minimum 12 hours drying time before water exposure or application of subsequent compatible waterproofing/protective coatings.
Note: Do not apply during rain or on damp/waterlogged surfaces. Protect the treated surface from rain and water until adequately dry.
