RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
• The product must not be damaged, diluted, contaminated, tampered with or altered after delivery.
• A valid order number or purchase invoice must be provided.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. After approval, securely pack the material and dispatch it to the return address provided below.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier, transport or shipping charges.
We currently do not provide reverse pickup services.
Customers may use any reliable courier or transport service to return the material.
REFUND POLICY
Once the returned material is received at our facility, it will be inspected by our team.
If the returned material is found eligible for return:
• The full product value will be refunded.
• The courier or transport charges paid by the customer for returning the material will also be reimbursed.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to the customer's bank account, as applicable.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned material.
The time required for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
