ESPLENDIDO FW-18™ is an advanced surface transformation treatment engineered to convert dull, faded and weathered mineral floors and walls into rich, enhanced wet-look surfaces while delivering long-term protection against water, stains, oil, abrasion and environmental exposure.
Unlike conventional wet-look sealers that primarily focus on appearance enhancement, FW-18 combines deep substrate penetration with an integrated micro-thin protective matrix that enhances natural colour depth, improves surface richness, increases durability and helps preserve the restored appearance for years.
The advanced protective structure penetrates deep into the mineral substrate while simultaneously forming a durable protective layer that resists water absorption, oil penetration, staining, tyre marks, heavy foot traffic, abrasion and routine cleaning.
FW-18 is engineered as a long-term alternative to repeated polishing, waxing and ongoing surface maintenance. Once applied, treated surfaces maintain their enhanced appearance without requiring periodic polishing or waxing.
The breathable protective structure allows moisture vapour transmission while helping prevent liquid ingress, enabling long-term substrate protection without trapping moisture within the surface.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, existing coatings, sealers and loose contaminants.
Surface moisture content should be below 5%.
Apply FW-18 uniformly using:
Brush
Roller
Low Pressure Spray
Ensure complete wetting of the surface for deep penetration.
Avoid over-application and surface pooling.
For highly porous, weathered or worn surfaces, a second coat may be applied while the first coat remains receptive.
Touch Dry: 4–6 Hours
Recoat: Approximately 12 Hours
Full Cure: Approximately 24 Hours
Protect the treated surface from water, spills and traffic during the curing period.
